Colleen is the People and Culture Manager with Mainstay DRP.
Colleen graduated from Ulster University obtaining a BSc (Hons) in Human Resource Management with a Diploma in Professional Practice. She holds a Level 5 Associate Membership in CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
After completing her studies Colleen has held various HR roles over the past 9 years providing full generalist HR support to multi-functional teams, working within fast paced environments.
Colleen has a passion for people and processes and will provide a best practice approach to people management, ensuring Mainstay DRP’s services are supported and enabled to deliver to our staff and service users.
