Sharon is Head of Finance & Business Resources with Mainstay DRP and has been in position since May 2019.
After completing a Degree in Accounting in 1992, she went on to complete professional exams and became an Associate member and more recently a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Sharon has 20 years’ experience in senior finance and corporate services roles within the education sector.
She has extensive experience in budgeting, financial and management accounting within complex organisations but in addition has widened that experience throughout her career by diversifying her job roles. These include Estates Management, Procurement, IT and Administration systems and Human Resources.
Sharon is committed to ensuring Mainstay DRP is a financially stable and efficient organisation which can adapt to changing needs within the social care sector in the coming years and in particular that Mainstay continues to provide the best quality care and support to our clients which enables them to lead fulfilling lives within society.
