A Chartered Public Finance Accountant with a background in health, public, and third-sector leadership, Sarah-Jane is all about teamwork, continuous improvement, and creating a positive, supportive environment for everyone connected to Mainstay.

She is committed to building a values-driven organisation where people are empowered, resources are well-managed, and services continue to grow and thrive. Sarah-Jane believes that through collaboration and a clear focus on quality, we can make a real and lasting impact in the lives of those we support.
