Colin J Spence, Chartered MCIPD

Colin is the new People and Culture Manager. He has worked as a Senior HRBP/Manager for the last 15 years, in the aerospace, engineering & charities sectors before joining Mainstay DRP in August 2022. Colin is a Chartered Member of CIPD with a Level 5 qualification in HR Management.

Colin enjoys working with people, he has experience in managing performance, recruitment & retention. His goal is to support/mentor  Mainstay DRP Management in all aspects of employee relations.
