Donna is the People and Culture Manager in Mainstay DRP. She has worked in People and HR roles for 18 years, in a number of different sectors, before joining Mainstay DRP in 2020. As well as a BA Honours Degree in English and Modern History, she holds a CIPD Associate Level Qualification in Human Resources Management.

 

Donna has a passion for developing teams and individuals, advising and coaching managers on key people decisions, as well as supporting team members with their health and wellbeing and helping to make Mainstay a great place to work and to live. Recruitment and training is also a core part of her role, to ensure our team members are the right fit and are equipped with the right skills for our growing Mainstay family.
