How long have been long distance cycling for? : About two years

Do you belong to a cycling club? : No

 Have you ever taken part in a challenge like this before? : Yes. I took part in a charity cycle around Northern Ireland (500km) last year for the Cancer Fund for Children in Newcastle, Co Down.
 
How did you find training for the event? : It was tough but a great way to get fit. I took part in the Bangor Coastal Challenge and cycled the Lagan Towpath, the Comber Greenway, Belfast to Newcastle, around Co Wicklow plus many more.

What are you looking forward to most about the Elite Challenge? : The craic after each day at dinner with the rest of the participants. And the sense of achievement from completing such an event and raising money for such a worthy cause.
